Sterling Construction (STRL) Announces Resignation of Charles R. Patton from Board

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) ("Sterling" or "the Company") today announced that Charles R. Patton will retire from the company's Board of Directors (the "Board") effective September 1, 2024. Mr. Patton has served on the Board since 2013 and is a member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee.
