Sify Infinit Spaces appoints Mark Adams as non-executive director

Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Sify Technologies Limited (NASDAQ: SIFY), announced the appointment of Mark Adams as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director to its board.
Adams brings decades of experience in communications infrastructure and technology. He previously served as Chief Development Officer at Equinix for 10 years, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate operations.
Currently, Adams serves as Senior Advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners, part of BlackRock, and holds board advisor positions at Cyrus One and True IDC. He is also founder and director of Kasi Cloud, a data center startup based in Nigeria, and serves as director of 10,000 Degrees, a Bay Area nonprofit focused on educational opportunities for low-income students. Adams lectures at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Adams holds an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in economics with distinction from Cornell University.

Adams commented on his appointment: "I am happy to join the Board of Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, which is at an inflection point on its data center trajectory."
Sify Infinit Spaces operates 14 data centers across six cities in India as of June 2025 and serves over 500 clients, including hyperscaler and enterprise customers. The company focuses on colocation services for hyperscalers, enterprises, and cloud prospects.
