SharkNinja appoints Jason Wortendyke to board of directors

SharkNinja, Inc. (NYSE: SN) announced that Jason Wortendyke will join its board of directors effective January 5, 2026. Wortendyke currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Midwest Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald.
Wortendyke brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic transactions across industrial, consumer, and services sectors. He has held senior leadership positions at Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and UBS throughout his career.
Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 2024, Wortendyke served as Midwest Market Leader for Citigroup and Global Head of Citi's Capital Goods & Industrial Technology Investment Banking practice. At Credit Suisse, he led the Global Mobility & Services Investment Banking Group and the Diversified Industrials, Automotive and Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group. He also held leadership positions at Citi in London and Hong Kong and was a founding member of UBS's Chicago office.

Wortendyke holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University in Economics and East Asian Studies. He serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Field Museum in Chicago and is a member of the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago.
