Sera Prognostics board member Jeff Elliott to step down June 4

Sera Prognostics Inc. (NASDAQ: SERA) announced that board member Jeff Elliott will step down from the company's Board of Directors effective June 4, 2026, and will not seek re-election at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Elliott has served on Sera's board since March 2025. The Salt Lake City-based pregnancy health diagnostics company said Elliott cited increasing time demands and his desire to ensure the company receives appropriate focus as reasons for his departure.
"I have greatly valued my time serving on Sera's Board and remain confident in the Company's mission and long-term opportunity," Elliott said in a statement. "While I continue to believe strongly in the future of Sera, I have made the decision to step down due to increasing demands on my time and my desire to ensure the Company receives the level of focus it deserves."
Chief Executive Officer Zhenya Lindgardt thanked Elliott for his contributions during his tenure. "On behalf of the entire Board and management team, I want to thank Jeff for his thoughtful counsel, contributions and support during his tenure," Lindgardt said.
The company stated it is in advanced discussions with candidates to fill the board position and expects to announce an appointment soon.
Sera Prognostics develops diagnostic tests for pregnancy complications, including its PreTRM Test that predicts preterm birth risk. The company focuses on improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes through biomarker technology.
