Sensus Healthcare director William McCall passes

Sensus Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: SRTS) announced the death of board director William "Bill" McCall, who had been with the medical device company since 2015.
McCall joined the Sensus Healthcare board of directors in 2015 after previously leading the company's initial capital raise in 2010 while serving as CEO of Anderson Strudwick, a boutique investment banking firm. His involvement with the Boca Raton, Florida-based company dated to 2009.
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Bill McCall," said Joe Sardano, chairman and chief executive officer of Sensus Healthcare. "Bill was a dear friend and one of the very first people who believed in me and in what Sensus could become."
At the time of his death, McCall served as managing director of Heritage Advisory Group, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services. His career in financial advisory and portfolio management spanned more than 50 years, including previous roles as managing partner of Investors Capital Alliance and CEO of WMW Partners.
McCall also served on the boards of Cherokee Farm Partners, part of the University of Tennessee Research Foundation, and Pandora Mineral Resources.
Sensus Healthcare develops non-invasive treatments for oncological and non-oncological skin conditions using superficial radiotherapy technology. The company said its board plans to honor McCall's memory and will communicate any related governance changes in due course.
