SenesTech, Inc. (SNES) Appoints Lynn Y. Graham to its Board

On July 5, 2025, SenesTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNES) Board of Directors (the “Board”) authorized an increase in the size of the Board to seven members and appointed Lynn Y. Graham to serve on the Board as an independent director. Ms. Graham will serve as a Class III director until the 2028 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until her earlier death, resignation, or removal or until a successor is elected and qualified. Ms. Graham was also appointed to serve as a member of the Commercialization Committee of the Board.
