SEI adds two directors, Stephanie Miller resigns from board

SEI Investments Company (NASDAQ: SEIC) appointed Karin Risi and Tom Naratil to its board of directors, effective immediately. The appointments coincide with the resignation of board member Stephanie Miller, who left to pursue a leadership role in the industry.
Risi serves as an independent director for HarbourVest Partners and brings 30 years of experience in revenue-generating businesses and strategic functions. She previously worked at Vanguard, where she led enterprise strategy, global investment product development, marketing, and communications. At Vanguard, she oversaw the firm's $2.5 trillion Personal Investor and Wealth Management businesses and helped design and launch the company's hybrid advisory platform.
Naratil is an operating partner at private equity firm Lightyear Capital and a finance senior fellow at the United States Military Academy. He spent 39 years at UBS, serving in various executive roles including Co-President of Global Wealth Management, Group Chief Financial Officer, and Group Chief Operating Officer.
The new directors join Executive Chairman Alfred P. West Jr., CEO Ryan Hicke, and current board members Jonathan Brassington, William Doran, Carl Guarino, Kathryn McCarthy, and Carmen Romeo. Risi will serve on the Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees, while Naratil will join the Audit and Legal & Regulatory Oversight Committees.
SEI manages, advises, or administers approximately $1.6 trillion in assets as of March 31, 2025, according to the company's press release.
