Roku (ROKU) Director Ravi Ahuja to Resign

Roku (NASDAQ: ROKU) disclosed:

On March 25, 2025, Ravi Ahuja notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Roku, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a director of the Company effective as of June 11, 2025, the date of the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, due to the time commitment required of his role as President and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Mr. Ahuja’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. On June 11, 2025, the size of the Board will be reduced from nine to eight directors.
