Roe Patterson to leave Drilling Tools International board

Drilling Tools International Corp. (NASDAQ: DTI) announced that director Thomas M. "Roe" Patterson informed the board on December 16, 2025, of his decision to end his tenure as a director effective with the company's next annual stockholder meeting.

Patterson will not seek reelection to the board. The company stated that his decision was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
