Relevant Gold adds Taddei as director, Karwowska as advisor

Relevant Gold Corp. (TSXV: RGC) (OTCQB: RGCCF) appointed Larry Taddei as an independent director and Mal Karwowska as strategic advisor to the board, according to a company statement.



Taddei, a chartered professional accountant with more than 30 years of experience in mining finance and capital markets, served as chief financial officer of MAG Silver Corp. from 2010 to 2022. During his tenure at MAG Silver, he led equity financings totaling more than C$500 million and negotiated a US$40 million revolving credit facility while the company grew to approximately C$2 billion in market capitalization.



He currently serves as a director of GR Silver Mining Ltd. and Africa Energy Corp., chairing committees at both companies. Earlier in his career, Taddei held CFO positions at West Timmins Mining Inc. and Gold Hawk Resources Inc.



"Relevant Gold has assembled a strong technical and leadership team with a clear focus on disciplined exploration and governance," Taddei stated.



Karwowska brings 17 years of mining industry experience focused on corporate development, capital markets and investor relations. She currently serves as vice president of corporate development and investor relations at Newcore Gold Ltd.



Previously, Karwowska worked in investment banking with National Bank Financial and held principal investing roles with Pacific Road Capital Management and Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings. She also worked in corporate development positions with Oxygen Capital Corp. and First Mining Gold Corp.



The company intends to nominate Karwowska for election as a director at its next annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval.



Relevant Gold focuses on gold exploration projects in Wyoming and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB markets.
