QuantumScape co-founder Fritz Prinz retires from board

QuantumScape Corporation (NASDAQ: QS) announced that Prof. Dr. Fritz Prinz retired from the company's board of directors effective February 4, 2026.

Prinz co-founded the solid-state battery company in 2010 and served as a director since its inception. The company stated that his retirement decision did not reflect any disagreement with QuantumScape regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
