Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced that board member Christopher D. Young will step down from the board of directors effective at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
Young informed the board on January 13, 2026, that he would be leaving due to time commitments associated with his new position as chief executive officer and board member at Vertex, Inc.
The information was disclosed in a company statement based on Young's communication to Qualcomm's board of directors.
