Primo Brands expands board, appoints Ally Financial executive

Primo Brands Corporation (NYSE: PRMB) expanded its board of directors from 10 to 11 members and appointed Andrea Brimmer to fill the newly created position, according to a company statement.

The board changes took effect May 15, 2026. Brimmer will serve until the company's 2027 annual meeting of stockholders or until a successor is elected and qualified. She will also join the board's Sustainability Committee.

Brimmer, 60, serves as Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer of Ally Financial Inc., a position she has held since 2015. She has been a director of eHealth Inc. since December 2018 and sits on the boards of the Women's Sports Foundation, the Ad Council and the Detroit Sports Commission.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from Michigan State University. The board stated that Brimmer's experience in marketing, public relations, business development and executive leadership qualify her for the director role.

The company reported no transactions between Primo Brands and Brimmer since the beginning of its last fiscal year that would require disclosure under securities regulations.

Brimmer will receive director compensation consistent with the company's Non-Employee Director Compensation Program, as outlined in Primo Brands' proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 18, 2026. The company will enter into a standard indemnification agreement with her.
