Planet 13 adds two directors to board

Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (OTCQX: PLNH) appointed Nancy Saitta and Leilani Bradford as independent directors to its board of directors, effective April 24, according to a company statement.

Saitta served on the Nevada judiciary for 20 years, including as Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court from 2011 to 2012 and as a Justice from 2007 to 2016. She previously served as a Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada from 1998 to 2006 and as a Judge of the Las Vegas Municipal Court from 1996 to 1998. Since 2017, she has worked with Advanced Resolution Management as a mediator and arbitrator.

Bradford has served as Principal and Director of SHEQ Properties, a Las Vegas real estate company, since 2005. She brings over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, underwriting and transaction structuring. Bradford is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Both directors have been appointed to the company's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. The appointments fill two newly created board seats and expand independent representation on the board.

Planet 13 operates cannabis dispensaries in Nevada, Illinois and Florida. The Las Vegas-based company describes itself as a vertically integrated cannabis company with cultivation, production and dispensary operations.
