Peraso adds wireless industry veteran Cees Links to board

Peraso Inc. (NASDAQ: PRSO) appointed Cees Links to its board of directors, effective immediately following the company's annual stockholder meeting held December 22, 2025.



Links currently serves as chief executive officer of SuperLight Photonics B.V., a position he has held since January 2024. The company became Integrated Laser Photonics B.V. in October 2025. In 2004, he founded GreenPeak Technologies B.V., a semiconductor company focused on wireless solutions for Internet of Things applications, serving as CEO until Qorvo acquired the company in 2016.



Following the acquisition, Links held leadership roles at Qorvo involving Wi-Fi and IoT technology integration until 2022. His earlier career included positions at NCR, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems. In 1999, while at Lucent Technologies, he oversaw commercial collaboration with Apple to incorporate wireless networking functionality into consumer electronics products.



Links led the team that established the IEEE802.11 wireless protocol, which became the Wi-Fi standard. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Peraso develops 60 GHz unlicensed and 5G mmWave wireless technology, offering chipsets, modules, software, and IP for applications including fixed wireless access, military, immersive video, and factory automation.
