Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) appointed Major General (Ret.) Yoav Har-Even, former president and CEO of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., to the advisory board of its Ondas Autonomous Systems business unit.

Har-Even served as head of Rafael, Israel's defense technology company that supplies the Israel Defense Forces and defense organizations in over 80 countries. During his tenure, he oversaw development of defense systems including Iron Dome, David's Sling, and Trophy Active Protection systems.

His military and defense industry career spans nearly four decades. At Rafael, he led the company through international expansion and technological development programs.

"Yoav's exceptional record as both a military commander and a defense-industry leader makes him an extraordinary addition to the OAS Advisory Board," said Eric Brock, chairman and CEO of Ondas Holdings.

Oshri Lugassy, co-CEO of OAS, stated that Har-Even "has overseen the evolution of breakthrough technologies from concept to deployment and understands what defense customers expect from autonomous systems in real operations."

OAS reported record international orders in 2025 for its Optimus and Iron Drone Raider systems across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The company launched a strategic acquisition program to expand its solutions portfolio.

Ondas Holdings operates through business units including Ondas Autonomous Systems, Ondas Capital, and Ondas Networks. OAS provides AI-powered defense and security platforms through subsidiaries American Robotics, Airobotics, and Apeiro Motion.

The advisory board appointment supports the company's growth strategy in multi-domain autonomy and airspace defense markets.
