Ondas appoints McKinsey partner David Chinn to OAS board

Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) announced the appointment of David Chinn to the board of directors of its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business unit. Chinn, a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, brings over two decades of experience advising governments, defense organizations, and technology companies.

At McKinsey, Chinn has led global initiatives across public sector, defense, and advanced technology practices. His work has included advising ministries of defense, national security agencies, and technology providers on multi-billion-dollar modernization programs across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Chinn plans to retire from McKinsey later this year.

Oshri Lugassy, co-CEO of Ondas Autonomous Systems, stated that Chinn's experience advising defense ministries and advanced technology organizations aligns with the company's growth trajectory. OAS operates through several subsidiaries including American Robotics, Airobotics, Apeiro Motion, Roboteam Ltd., and Sentrycs, providing autonomous aerial, ground, and counter-unmanned aircraft systems solutions.

The appointment comes as OAS advances its strategy to deliver autonomous solutions across airspace security, counter-UAS, intelligence surveillance reconnaissance, and robotic systems. The company focuses on integrating multiple sensors, effectors, and autonomous platforms to address defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure requirements.
