Okta board member Michael Stankey resigns

Okta Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA) announced that Michael Stankey resigned from the company's board of directors on March 5, 2026.
The identity management company stated that Stankey's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company. The board expressed appreciation for Stankey's service and contributions during his tenure.
Okta did not provide details about the reasons for the resignation or announce a replacement for the board position.
