ONEOK adds two independent directors to board

ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) elected Mark A. McCollum and Precious Williams Owodunni as independent directors to its board, effective January 23, 2026, according to a company statement.

McCollum, 66, served as president and chief executive officer of Weatherford International plc from April 2017 through June 2020. He previously held the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer at Halliburton Company and served in senior leadership roles at Tenneco Inc. from 1995 through 2003, including as chief financial officer. McCollum spent 14 years with Arthur Andersen LLP as an audit and advisory partner in the firm's global energy practice. He currently serves on the boards of Westlake Corporation and Seadrill Limited and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.

Owodunni, 50, is chief executive officer of Mountaintop Consulting, a strategy and leadership advisory firm serving Fortune 500 energy companies, investment banks, law firms and private equity firms. She established Mountaintop in 2009 after serving as a vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she made private equity investments and served on portfolio company boards. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in the Mergers and Strategic Advisory Group. Owodunni has served on the board of Cadence Bank since 2019 and graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics, and Economics and received her J.D. from Yale Law School.

McCollum was appointed to serve on ONEOK's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, while Owodunni was appointed to the Executive Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee.

ONEOK operates a midstream energy business with approximately 60,000 miles of pipeline network and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
