Nordicus Partners names three new board directors

Nordicus Partners Corporation (OTCQB: NORD) announced the appointment of three new board members following the resignation of Henrik Keller and an expansion of the board from three to five members.

The Beverly Hills-based life sciences accelerator appointed Torben Jensen, Kim T. Mücke, and Andrew J. Ritter to fill the board vacancies, according to a company statement.

Jensen, 60, brings 35 years of finance experience and previously served as CEO and Chairman of two Nasdaq-listed companies. He was a Senior Partner at GK Partners ApS from 2019 to 2024 and has been CEO of AC Nordic since December 2024. Both GK Partners and AC Nordic are major shareholders in Nordicus.

Mücke is a Danish state authorized public accountant who worked as a partner with Deloitte Denmark from 2002 to 2022, serving listed companies including those undergoing IPO processes. He served as Head of Corporate Clients for BDO Denmark from 2023 to 2024 and currently works as an independent advisor specializing in financial reporting and corporate governance.

Ritter has served as CEO of Cairns Health since September 2023 and previously led Docbot from January 2021 to December 2022. He founded and ran Ritter Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology company focused on gastrointestinal diseases, from March 2004 to May 2020.

Henrik Rouf, CEO of Nordicus, stated that Jensen will assist with funding activities, Mücke will chair the Board's Audit Committee, and Ritter will help with corporate finance and strategic partnerships.

Nordicus operates as a business accelerator for Nordic and U.S. life sciences companies seeking to establish themselves in the U.S. market. The company acquired 100% of Danish biotech companies Orocidin A/S and Bio-Convert A/S in 2024.
