National Storage (NSA) Trustee Steinfort to Exit Board

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) announced today that board member Rebecca L. Steinfort has decided not to seek re-election at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for May 12, 2025. Steinfort, who has served on the board since 2018, will step down, effectively reducing the board's size from twelve to eleven members.
