Nakamoto Inc expands board, appoints CIO Tyler Evans as director

Nakamoto Inc. (NASDAQ: NAKA) expanded its board of directors from six to seven members and appointed Tyler Evans as a Class II Director, effective May 22, 2026, according to a company statement.
Evans currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Nakamoto, where he leads the company's origination and investment strategy. He will continue in this role while serving on the board.
"Tyler brings a strong combination of operational discipline, capital markets knowledge, and public company experience that will be increasingly important as Nakamoto continues to scale," said David Bailey, Chairman and CEO of Nakamoto.
Evans brings experience in Bitcoin-focused capital markets and asset management to the board. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer of UTXO Management, where he leads investment strategy across public and private market opportunities in the Bitcoin ecosystem. He currently serves on the boards of Metaplanet Inc., The Smarter Web Company Plc, and Matador Inc.
Nakamoto Inc. describes itself as a Bitcoin company that owns and operates a portfolio of Bitcoin-related enterprises spanning media and information services, asset management and financial services, and consulting and advisory services. The company is the parent of BTC Inc, which operates Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations, as well as UTXO Management.
