Microsoft board member Rodriguez to resign

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced that board member Carlos A. Rodriguez will not stand for re-election at the company's 2025 annual shareholder meeting. Rodriguez informed the company of his decision on September 24, 2025.
Rodriguez will continue serving as a director until the annual meeting. The company stated his decision stems from personal reasons and does not involve any disagreement with management regarding operations, policies, or practices.
During his tenure, Rodriguez served as Chair of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Microsoft thanked Rodriguez for his contributions as a director, according to the company's statement.
