Maurel & Prom appoints new director and observer to board
Maurel & Prom (Euronext Paris: MAU) announced board changes following the resignation of director Carole Delorme d'Armaillé, who served 13 years including roles as chair of the audit committee and member of the appointments and remuneration committee.
The board co-opted Dian Andyasuri as an independent director and appointed her as chair of the audit committee and member of the appointments and remuneration committee. The company also appointed Françoise Clemenceau as an observer.
Andyasuri brings over 25 years of finance experience, including 15 years in the oil and gas industry at Shell Indonesia. She holds an MBA from Brunel University and a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Trisakti University. From 2020 to 2022, she served as president and chief executive officer of Shell Indonesia. She currently serves on the board of BUMA International Group, a listed Indonesian mining company, and directs two of its subsidiaries, BUMA Australia and ACG.
Clemenceau has 39 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry at Total Energies, covering finance, project management, and negotiations. She is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales. Her most recent role was senior vice president of finance and economics for the exploration and production branch from 2022 until her retirement in September 2025.
The appointments take effect immediately, according to the press release statement.
