MarineMax board member Johnson resigns effective immediately

MarineMax Inc. (NYSE: HZO) announced that Adam M. Johnson resigned from the company's Board of Directors on January 16, 2026, effective immediately.
The company stated that Johnson's resignation was not due to any disagreement with MarineMax regarding its operations, policies or practices.
Following Johnson's departure, the Board of Directors will consist of seven members, according to the company's statement.
