Marc Roston joins Hamilton board as shareholder director

Hamilton Insurance Group Ltd. (NYSE: HG) announced Marc Roston has been appointed to its board of directors as a shareholder director by Magnitude Capital LLC, effective February 20, 2026. Roston replaces Hawes Bostic in the position.
Roston brings more than 30 years of experience as an investment professional, with expertise in analyzing financial performance and business strategy across various companies. He currently serves as a Senior Research Scholar at Stanford University, a position he has held since 2020, and as Operating Partner of DFW Capital Partners, a private equity firm, also since 2020.
Since 2009, Roston has advised hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies and family offices through MNR Capital LLC, his advisory and investment firm.
