Luckin Coffee director Feng Liu steps down, six others reappointed

Luckin Coffee Inc. (OTC: LKNCY) announced changes to its board of directors following the expiration of seven directors' two-year terms in May 2026.



Feng Liu chose not to seek reappointment as a director due to personal reasons but will continue as an external strategic advisor to the company. The remaining six directors—Jinyi Guo, Wenbao Cao, Weihao (Michael) Chen, Jun Liu, Qianli Liu and Sean Shao—were reappointed for successive two-year terms.



"I am grateful to Mr. Feng Liu for his significant contributions during his term of office," said Hui Li, chairman of the board, according to the company's statement.



The board now consists of nine directors: Hui Li, Jinyi Guo, Wenbao Cao, Guiyi Chen, Weihao (Michael) Chen, Jun Liu, Joel A. Getz, Qianli Liu and Sean Shao.



The company restructured its committees following the changes. The Audit Committee includes Qianli Liu and Sean Shao, with Shao serving as chairperson. The Compensation Committee comprises Jinyi Guo, Guiyi Chen, Weihao (Michael) Chen and Sean Shao, also chaired by Shao. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee consists of Jinyi Guo, Weihao (Michael) Chen, Jun Liu and Qianli Liu, with Chen serving as chairperson.



Luckin Coffee operates a technology-driven retail network in China's coffee market. The company was founded in 2017 and is based in China.
