On June 12, 2025, John Garcia provided LiveWire (NYSE: LVWR) notice of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Garcia’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. We thank Mr. Garcia for his valuable contributions to the Company since its inception.
