LifeStance Health appoints Sarah Personette to board of directors

LifeStance Health (NASDAQ: LFST) appointed Sarah Personette to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement. William Miller, WellSky Chairman and CEO, will step down from the board after five years of service.



Personette currently serves as CEO of Puck, a journalist-owned media platform. She previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at social platform X, formerly known as Twitter, where she oversaw global revenue, customer relationships and business operations. Before joining X, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Refinery29, managing the company's marketing and sales efforts.



Earlier in her career, Personette worked as Vice President of Facebook's Global Business Marketing, leading a 500-person team responsible for promoting Facebook's advertising products. She also held senior positions at advertising agencies Universal McCann Worldwide and Starcom Mediavest Group.

LifeStance Health describes itself as one of the nation's largest providers of outpatient mental health care. The company was founded in 2017 and employs approximately 7,700 psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, psychologists and therapists across 33 states and more than 550 centers.



The company provides virtual and in-person mental health services for children, adolescents and adults. LifeStance Health trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol LFST.
