Legence appoints David Coghlan as new board director

Legence Corp. (NASDAQ: LGN) expanded its board of directors from five to six members and appointed David J. Coghlan to fill the newly created position, according to a company statement.

The board appointed Coghlan as a Class I director effective December 3, 2025. He will also serve on the audit committee and chair the compensation committee.

Coghlan's initial term as Class I director will expire at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders or upon his death, resignation, retirement or removal, the company stated.
