Ledyard Financial Group names Jennifer Williams to board
Ledyard Financial Group, Inc. (OTCQX: LFGP) announced the appointment of Jennifer Williams to its board of directors, effective March 26, 2026. Williams was also appointed to the board of Ledyard National Bank, the company's banking subsidiary.
Williams brings experience in philanthropy, nonprofit leadership and community development to the Hanover, New Hampshire-based financial holding company. She previously served as founder and executive director of Finding Our Stride, a school-based running program that served over 30 schools in the Upper Valley region.
Since 2003, Williams has been a joint venture partner with Norwich Partners, a hotel development firm with properties in the Northeast and Florida. She spent 15 years in higher education fundraising, including 11 years at Dartmouth College.
Williams currently serves on the boards of the Hypertherm Hope Foundation, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, Lebanon Opera House and WISE. Her previous board positions include Let's Grow Kids, Children's Literacy Foundation, Montshire Museum of Science and the advisory board of Hopkins Center at Dartmouth College.
Williams holds an undergraduate degree in French from Dartmouth College and a Master's degree in Public Administration from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service.
Ledyard Financial Group is the holding company for Ledyard National Bank, which was founded in 1991 and offers banking, investment and wealth management services. The company's shares trade on the OTCQX Best Markets under the symbol LFGP.
