LanzaTech board member Jill Frizzley resigns effective January 31

LanzaTech Global Inc. (NASDAQ: LNZA) announced that board member Jill Frizzley resigned from the company's board of directors effective January 31, 2026.
Frizzley, who served as an independent director, was appointed to the board in March 2025. As a Class III director, her term was scheduled to expire at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
The company stated that Frizzley's resignation was voluntary and did not result from any disagreement with LanzaTech regarding the company's operations, policies or practices.
LanzaTech thanked Frizzley for her service to the company, according to the announcement.
