Kyverna board member Liapis to resign Sept. 30

Kyverna Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: KYTX) announced that Steve Liapis will resign from the company's board of directors effective September 30, 2025.

Liapis, who holds a Ph.D., notified the board of his resignation decision on September 19, 2025. The company stated that his departure is not related to any disagreement with Kyverna's operations, policies or practices.

Following Liapis' resignation, the board will reduce from eight to seven directors. Christi Shaw, a current board member, will join the Audit Committee to fill the vacancy created by Liapis' departure.
