KKR appoints Craig Arnold to board of directors

KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) announced that Craig Arnold has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective September 23, 2025, according to a press release statement.
Arnold's appointment will bring the number of independent directors to eleven out of fifteen total board seats. Arnold previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, a power management company.
The investment firm's current board includes co-founders Henry Kravis and George Roberts, who serve as Co-Executive Chairmen, along with Co-Chief Executive Officers Joseph Bae and Scott Nuttall. Other members include executives from various industries, such as Timothy Barakett of TRB Advisors, former Foot Locker CEO Mary Dillon, and Snap Co-Founder Evan Spiegel.
KKR operates as a global investment firm focusing on alternative asset management, capital markets and insurance solutions. The company sponsors investment funds in private equity, credit and real assets, while its insurance subsidiaries offer retirement, life and reinsurance products through Global Atlantic Financial Group.
