Jericho Energy Ventures Inc. (TSXV:JEV)(OTCQB:JROOF)(FRA:JLM) announced the appointment of Christopher Clemente to its board of directors, effective March 2, 2026. Clemente serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Comstock Holding Companies Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI).

Clemente founded Comstock in 1985 and has led the company's development from a homebuilder into a commercial real estate operator. Under his leadership, Comstock has become an asset manager, developer, and operator in the Mid-Atlantic region with a managed portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet at full build-out.

The companies signed a letter of intent dated February 11, 2026, to pursue formation of a joint venture focused on land acquisition, aggregation, and development around Jericho's energy assets in Oklahoma.

"Chris brings a rare combination of public company leadership, capital markets expertise, and deep experience in large-scale real estate and infrastructure development," said Brian Williamson, CEO of Jericho Energy.

Clemente stated that Jericho Energy is "strategically positioned at the intersection of domestic energy development and next-generation data infrastructure."

Jericho Energy operates as an energy innovation company focused on AI infrastructure, leveraging oil and gas assets and Oklahoma infrastructure to develop on-site power solutions for AI data centers. The company utilizes natural gas resources to provide energy solutions for AI and energy markets.
