Itron appoints Sheri Savage to board of directors

Itron Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) announced the appointment of Sheri Savage to its board of directors, effective August 11, 2025. Savage serves as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Ultra Clean Holdings Inc., a semiconductor capital equipment and manufacturing services provider.

Savage brings more than 30 years of finance experience to the role. She joined Ultra Clean Holdings in 2009 and became CFO in 2016. Prior to her current position, she held roles at Credence Systems Corporation as corporate controller and vice president of finance, and director of internal audit. She also worked at Protiviti and KLA-Tencor Corporation in various accounting and finance positions.

"Sheri's strategic financial leadership, including extensive experience in accounting, treasury, equity, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions, makes her an ideal candidate for Itron's board of directors," said Diana Tremblay, chair of Itron's board of directors.

Tom Deitrich, Itron's president and chief executive officer, stated that Savage's experience in senior-level public company finance will be an asset to the board. Savage said she looks forward to helping advance the company's strategy.

Itron provides intelligent infrastructure solutions for utilities and cities to manage energy, water and city services. The company is based in Liberty Lake, Washington.
