Inseego adds two executives to board with AI and carrier experience

Inseego Corp. (NASDAQ: INSG) announced the appointment of Nabil Bukhari and Stephen Bye to its board of directors. The board expanded from six to eight members to accommodate the new appointments.

Bukhari serves as President of AI Platforms and CTO at Extreme Networks, where he oversees product development, engineering, and the company's subscription business. He previously worked on scaling SaaS platforms and cloud-based networking products at startups and larger companies.

Bye is CEO of Ookla, the network intelligence company that created Speedtest, which operates as a division within Ziff Davis. He also serves on EchoStar's board. Bye previously held leadership positions at DISH, where he led commercial strategy during the company's wireless network buildout, and worked at C Spire, Sprint, Cox Communications, AT&T, BellSouth, Optus, and Telstra.

"Nabil and Stephen are exceptional executives and operational leaders who have driven major shifts in enterprise networking, carrier strategy, and software transformation," said Juho Sarvikas, CEO of Inseego.

Jeff Tuder, Chairman of Inseego's Board of Directors, said the executives bring strategic and business insights across carriers, enterprise networking, software, AI and emerging technologies.

Inseego provides 5G mobile broadband and fixed wireless access solutions. The company offers cloud-managed wireless broadband connectivity solutions and a Software-as-a-Service platform for device, network, and subscriber management.
