Immunocore announces two executive departures

Immunocore Holdings (NASDAQ: IMCR) announced that two executives will be leaving the biotechnology company, according to a press release statement.

Ranjeev Krishana resigned from the company's board of directors and the Remuneration Committee, effective immediately on November 26, 2024. The company stated that Krishana's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company, management, or other board members regarding operations, policies, or practices.

Tina St. Leger, the company's Chief Human Resources Officer, also submitted her resignation on November 26, 2024. St. Leger's departure will be effective May 26, 2025, as she pursues another opportunity. The company indicated that her resignation was similarly not related to any disagreements about company operations, policies, or practices.

Immunocore has initiated a formal search process to find St. Leger's replacement as Chief Human Resources Officer. The company did not announce any immediate replacement for Krishana's board position.
