ITT Inc (ITT) Nominates Douglas DelGrosso for Election to Board

ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) today announced the nomination of Douglas DelGrosso for election to its Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. DelGrosso served as president and chief executive officer of Adient plc, a global engineering and manufacturing company with operations in 29 countries, from October 2018 until his retirement in December 2023.
“Over the last several years, the ITT Board has deliberately pursued a refreshment strategy to add seasoned operations executives to our Board with advanced expertise and skills. We are honored at the prospect of having Doug join ITT’s Board of Directors and his election will mark another step in this ongoing evolution. He is an accomplished, results-driven leader with global experience in the markets in which ITT operates and his knowledge will be a powerful asset for us moving forward,” said ITT’s Chairman of the Board Timothy H. Powers.

Mr. DelGrosso’s election to the Board will be effective May 21, 2025 pending shareholder approval at the company’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. The Board intends to appoint Mr. DelGrosso to the company’s Nominating and Governance Committee, effective at the time of his election.
