Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI) announced that its board of directors approved an increase in board size from ten to eleven members and appointed R. Scott Mund as an independent Class II director, effective October 1, 2025.
The board made both decisions on September 30, 2025, according to a company statement. Mund will serve until the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor is elected and qualified.
The company also appointed Mund as a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
