Honey Badger Silver Inc. (TSXV: TUF) (OTCQB: HBEIF) announced management and board changes following the resignation of board member Dorian L. Nicol, who left to pursue another employment opportunity.

Nicol resigned from the board effective immediately but will continue supporting the company as a consultant. The company stated he contributed geological expertise and industry experience to advance technical programs.

The company appointed Andrew Jedemann as Vice President, Exploration. Jedemann has eight years of exploration experience in northwestern Ontario, focusing on gold, nickel-copper, and PGE deposits. He led over 20,000 meters of drilling at Barrick's Hemlo mine and holds an MSc from Lakehead University in partnership with the University of Tasmania.

Ben Kuzmich will serve as Qualified Person for the company. Kuzmich has exploration experience across Ontario, Manitoba, and the Yukon. He led a $20 million drill program at Barrick's Hemlo mine that improved underground head grade by 23% and contributed to discoveries including the Little Wing occurrence at Lynn Lake. He holds an MSc from Lakehead University focused on Ontario's Ring of Fire region.

Executive Chairman Chad Williams stated the appointments reflect the value both individuals have already added to the company's seven silver projects, citing claim expansion at the Plata project as an example of their contributions.

The information was provided in a company press release.
