September 15, 2025 4:30 PM EDT

Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced the appointment of two new independent directors to its board, effective September 15, 2025. Daniel Nova, General Partner of Highland Capital Partners, and Matt Reintjes, President and CEO of YETI Holdings Inc., will join the nine-member board.

Nova has served as General Partner at Highland Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, since 1999. He has board experience at public companies including thredUP and Eversource Energy, where he was named Lead Independent Trustee in 2024.

Reintjes has been President and CEO of YETI Holdings since 2015. He previously held executive roles at Vista Outdoor and Danaher Corporation. During his tenure at YETI, the company has expanded its international customer base.

The appointments follow the retirement of directors Sara Levinson and Norman Thomas Linebarger, who announced their departures on September 9 and September 10, 2025, respectively.

"Daniel and Matt distinguished themselves during our search with their broad business expertise spanning commercial strategy, brand and product development, operations, supply chain, and finance," said Troy Alstead, Presiding Director.

With these additions, Harley-Davidson's board will have added four new independent members in the last three years. The board previously appointed Alstead as Presiding Director effective July 30, 2025, and Chairman of the Board effective October 1, 2025.

The changes come as the company prepares for Artie Starrs to step into the CEO role later this year, according to the company's statement.
