Halcones Precious Metals announces board and management changes
Halcones Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: HPM) announced that two co-founders have resigned from their positions effective immediately. Larry Guy, director and co-founder, and Damian Lopez, co-founder and corporate secretary, have stepped down from their roles.
The company has appointed Wanda Roque as the new corporate secretary to replace Lopez. Roque has worked as a law clerk in Ontario and has served as corporate secretary for multiple public companies since 2007.
Halcones focuses on exploring and developing gold-silver projects in Chile. The information was provided in a company press release.
