(NASDAQ: HOOK) (“HOOKIPA” or the “Company”), a company developing a new class of immunotherapeutics based on its proprietary arenavirus platform, today announced the appointment of Director Julie O’Neill as Non-Executive Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors.
