Golden Arrow appoints Ignacio Celorrio as new director

Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSXV: GRG) (FSE: G6A) (OTCQB: GARWF) announced the appointment of Ignacio Celorrio as a director of the company, according to a press release statement.

Celorrio currently serves as president of Desarrollo de Recursos S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Arrow. He also holds the position of executive vice-president of legal, government, and external affairs at Lithium Argentina and co-chairs the mining department at Martinez de Hoz/Rueda law firm in Argentina.

The appointee has over 25 years of professional experience in mining law, administrative law, energy law, and corporate regulations across Argentina, Canada, and Australia. He previously served as president of Lithium Americas' LATAM division and participated in the structuring, construction and commissioning of the Cauchari Olaroz project in Jujuy, Argentina.

Celorrio has served as a director of the Argentine Mining Chamber for more than 15 years. His educational background includes degrees from Universidad Católica Argentina, Universidad Austral and the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.

Golden Arrow is a mining exploration company focused on precious and base metal discoveries. The company is exploring its San Pietro iron oxide-copper-gold-cobalt project in Chile and maintains nearly 125,000 hectares of properties in Argentina.
