Gabriel Ling resigns from Oncology Institute board effective december 1

Gabriel Ling resigned from the board of directors of The Oncology Institute, Inc. (NASDAQ: TOI), effective December 1, 2025, according to a company statement.

Ling submitted his resignation on November 26, 2025. The company stated that the resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
