Faraday Future board member Mok to resign directorship

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced that Chui Tin Mok will resign from the company's board of directors once a successor is confirmed.

Mok notified the board on February 26, 2026, of his intention to step down from the directorship to focus on business execution in the United Arab Emirates and the broader Middle East region, according to the company.

The executive will continue serving as an executive officer and Head of FF Middle East despite leaving the board position. The company did not specify a timeline for identifying Mok's replacement on the board.
