Eikon Therapeutics appoints Ma. Fatima Francisco to board of directors

Eikon Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: EIKN) announced the appointment of Ma. Fatima Francisco as an independent director to its board of directors, effective June 15, 2026. Francisco will also serve on the board's compensation committee.

Francisco previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Baby, Feminine and Family Care at The Procter & Gamble Company, where she led one of the company's largest global business units. During her more than 35-year career at Procter & Gamble, she held leadership positions across marketing, innovation, commercial operations and general management.

Francisco currently serves on the boards of directors of HP Inc. and Nestle S.A., and previously served on the board of Organon & Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of the Philippines.

Eikon is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines to address unmet medical needs, with an initial focus on oncology. The company uses its proprietary single molecule tracking system to develop novel therapies and also in-licenses promising assets.
