Dutch Bros Inc. (BROS) Appoints Todd Penegor to its Board

Effective June 24, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Dutch Bros Inc. (NYSE: BROS) appointed Todd Penegor to fill a vacancy on the Board and to serve as a member of the Board until the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until his earlier death, resignation, or removal.
