DeepMarkit nominates HIVE CEO Aydin Kilic for board election

DeepMarkit Corp. (TSXV: MKT) (OTCID: MKTSF) (FSE: DEP0) announced that Aydin Kilic has been nominated for election to the company's board of directors. Shareholders will vote on the nomination at the annual general and special meeting scheduled for February 10, 2026.

Kilic serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HIVE) (TSXV: HIVE), a position he has held since January 2023. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of HIVE from August 2021 to January 2023.

Under Kilic's leadership, HIVE has developed a portfolio of 440 MW of data centers powered by hydroelectric energy for Bitcoin mining operations, representing over 2% of the global Bitcoin network hash rate. The company has expanded into high-performance computing and artificial intelligence data center operations, operating 5,000 high performance AI-enabled GPUs globally.

Prior to HIVE, Kilic founded and led Fortress Technologies Inc., where he raised $30 million CAD from November 2017 to September 2021. He holds a degree in Engineering Sciences from Simon Fraser University and previously worked as a radio frequency engineer at Sierra Wireless.

DeepMarkit operates as a technology company building platforms for prediction markets, blockchain infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and tokenization. Its portfolio includes Prospect Prediction Markets Inc., a sports prediction platform built on the Avalanche blockchain.

The appointment remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual meeting and applicable regulatory requirements.
